Before You Report a Bug...

Here's what you can do to try and fix your problem:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of BattleScribe.
  2. Update your data from Manage Data in BattleScribe.
  3. Try deleting your data and re-downloading it again.
  4. Read the FAQ for answers to most common problems.

We cannot help you with these kinds of problem. Data files are not made by BattleScribe for legal reasons. Instead, all data is created by the community.

You should report your problem to the author of the data file so that they can fix it. You can try to contact the data file author through the website you got your data from, or try one of the following links:
